Bellevue Remodel

This was a complete remodel project; from clearing and grading outside; to paint, tile, and millwork inside. The house sat on a great lot, had plenty of square footage, and had great bones. All it needed, and desperately, was to be updated.

The updating was done with green building in mind. The materials and methods used is why this house is currently going through the Built Green Certification process.
