Renton Remodel

The Renton basement remodel project encompassed the design and remodel of the entire lower floor. The transformation was complete and startling. What was once a quasi finished space became finished and much more usable.

The owner's also benefitted from increased energy conservation with the added insulation and air penetration seals while also increasing the heating system efficiency. Older homes tend to not "breath' too well. Robertson Homes suggested and installed a minor enhancement for this that will allow greater heating and cooling throughout the entire house.
